Employees are what keep your business in business.  It’s easy for employees to leave your company vulnerable if your not careful. According to a recent INTERMEDIA report employees can leave your company 99% vulnerable….some of the ways are below:

24% said they use same passwords for work and personal.

96% save passwords on work devices.

2/3 sent work documents to a personal account.

49% IT workers accessed company documents after leaving the company.

34% used sync and share services…allowing access from personal accounts.

Overall I don’t think employees are trying to be malicious in anyway. They just need proper training.
