Unfortunately another major security breach has occurred. It took a few months for Equifax to figure out the depth and breadth of the breach. And I think several months more as well.

This breach was because of a website application, that is all that has been released so far.

In the meantime take a few minutes and see if this breach has impacted you. Might not be a bad idea to sign up for credit monitoring.
